1 Prices include: bed and breakfast, pool, gym, shuttle to the ski center, free parking, free wireless internet throughout the hotel, insurance, utilities and VAT.
- Children under 5 years - free.
- Children 6-12 years with 2 adults in the room - the first child free, second and subsequent children pay 8 euro per day. Child as the fourth person in the apartment - free of charge.
- Children 6-12 years with 1 adult in the room - the first child pays 50% of adult price, second and third child paid at 8 euro per day.
- Adult on extra bed pays 70% of the regular price, and in the apartment (fourth person) paid 20 lev per day.

3 For reservations, which enter 31.12.2015 necessarily enjoy New Year's Eve 65 euro for adults and 33 euro for children 6-15 on which is paid upon arrival at the hotel.
4 Early bookings - discounts the price per night with breakfast:
A) For bookings made until 15.11.2015, the (no reservations including High and Mid Season) - 10% discount.
B) For bookings made after 15.11.2015, but at least 30 days prior to arrival - 5% discount (no reservations for high and medium season).
50% of the reservation is paid within 5 days after confirmation from the hotel. Upon cancellation or no-show customer the deposit is not refundable but can be used for another booking in the next six months.
