The hotel is a 5-storie building with 327 contemporary furnished rooms, an elevator, smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hotel guests are entitled to free-of-charge use of the huge cascade pool and Jacuzzi. They also have at their leisure an air-conditioned restaurant, bar, club and a parking lot.The hotel has been completely renovated in 2002.
HOTEL COM
COM is the only hotel in Albena completely oriented towards youth guests. The hotel has its own night club, a big open-air swimming pool in the garden, a modern restaurant, a lobby bar, snack bar, air conditioned gym, an open-air platform for aerobics and a huge variety of sports amenities within close proximity. The complex is situated about 900 meters from the beach, but the free shuttle bus running half hour between the hotel and the beach (from 9.30 am to 5 pm during the entire season), makes up for the distance.
In the rooms, the foyer, the restaurant and around the pool there is complete WiFi access. There is an internet café in the foyer of the hotel, a pool table, darts, and table soccer. At the hotel’s reception desk, you can rent a refrigerator or a safe-box at additional charge. Pets are also welcome. For the last three years, hotel Com has been participating in an international programme C-you Club, geared towards young people between the ages of 18 and 30. Discounts:
- Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. Upon preliminary request and is provided free pen.
- Child from 2 to 12 years on extra. bed with two adults in room stay free of charge. Second child from 2 years to 12 years, accommodated with two adults in room pay 30% of the adult per day.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old on regular bed with 1 adult accommodated in room stay free and pay adult price for single occupancy. Second child placed with an adult pays 30% for single occupancy.
- Tourist over 12 years accommodated on extra. bed pays 80% of basic price per bed for all hotels.
- Children from 2 years to 12 years, accommodated in a studio apartment or pay for food / meals if not included in the price / 50% of adult price.

- The age of the child is considered the date of arrival at the resort.
