Early booking reductions:
-30% discount for all bookings till 10.10.21 incl.!
-If any of the early bookings has not been pre-paid in the aforementioned deadlines, the Hotelier shall cancel the relevant reservation(s) and the guests shall not be accommodated.
Minimal length of stay: The required minimum of stay for individual tourists is no less than 5 days. All bookings less than 5 days are to be sent to the Hotelier as request and are subject to the written confirmation by the latter.
Payment conditions for bookings after the early booking period:
-Upon receipt of a new booking, its status is "waiting", as within 10 days 100% prepayment is due. Only then, the reservation is considered confirmed by the hotelier. In case of unpaid reservation aforesaid period, the same is canceled;
-Upon receipt of a new booking within less than 14 days before arrival, 100% prepayment should be made 2 days after receipt of the request. Only then the reservation is considered as confirmed by the hotelier. In case of unpaid reservation aforesaid period, it is canceled;
-Upon receipt of a new booking on the same day of arrival, payment must be made on 100% on the same day or the next day until 12 pm. the latest;
Amendment conditions for 100% pre-paid bookings:
-Deadline for names amendment to already made reservations - 7 days before arrival;
-Shortening of the stay period to already made reservation - the prepayment is non-refundable;
-Change in the dates of stay, but with no difference in number of nights - hotelier must be notified 15 days prior to arrival;
-Prolonging of stay shall be made with 7 day notice and 100% payment of the difference as per booking on contract rates.
Cancellation and no-show policy for bookings after the early booking period:
-Upon cancellation made by the tour operator, the hotelier is entitled to retain part of the prepaid cost of the reservation, by the following scheme:
-Cancellation made up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the prepayment on the booking is non-refundable;
-Cancellation made up to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the prepayment on the booking is non-refundable;
-Cancellation later than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the prepayment is non-refundable.
-In case of a no-show, the hotelier is entitled to retain 100% of the prepaid amount for the reservation;
-In case of an early departure (guests, leaving the hotel before the confirmed departure date), the amount for the part of the "unused" stay is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from future payments.
